领队一句快到了还有五分钟“骗”了我一路
这应该是最近爬的最累的山！
全程9公里，不是在上升就是在下山
每当我觉得要结束了又开始上升下山 不是九十度就是75度的 加上第一天例假直接被干废
在山顶上痛经的一瞬间我瘫在地上不想下山了，
摔跤了也不知道摔了多少次 给自己摔懵
一路上又哭又笑实在搞笑.
从早上10.30上山到晚上6.下山.
白天爬到晚上.很刺激很酸爽.
全程后跟腱再拉扯的上升也特别爽
由于山大王自己照片放不下了 两步路轨迹要的私信
让自己更勇敢和快乐，越挑战越勇敢，越运动越热爱，这些应该就是我喜欢徒步的原因.
刀枪岩⛰️ 位于上虞余姚交界的四明山腹地，海拔约800米。
其中一段路岩体经亿万年风雨剥蚀，呈现出一幅刀枪并举，杀气腾腾的画面，刀枪耸立故而得名。
🧗♂️全程环线7公里左右，有点难度，沿着山体直上直下，就山顶有一公里左右平缓宽敞路线。
这次到达刀枪岩的位置还云雾缭绕，半小时后蓝天白云，很好的体验。就是全程开路，糊了一脸的蜘蛛网🕸️

这次终于来到新加坡的后花园- 民丹岛🌞
以下为食住行的一些分享，希望对小伙伴们有参考的意义
首先来说行，新加坡去往民丹岛很简单，一张船票搞定。 大家可以谷歌搜索“brf”就可以通过官方网站买票直达啦！ 这里安利一下emerald class，座位宽敞舒适很多，如果带小孩和家人出行的话，可以选择emerald class 方便小孩和家人休息🌱 新加坡到民丹岛的港口在Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal 建议公共交通因为打的太贵了
关于住：
民丹岛上有很多resorts， 这次我选择的是The Residence Bintan, 之所以选择这里是因为这个resort比较新，而且resort里面有很多吃的/玩耍的不同的选择，来这里躺平真的666！ 这次选择的是Garden Terrace，在一楼而且没有吊床。如果想住在二楼有吊床的朋友们注意选择房型～ 整个resort里面大部分靠buggy出行，只需使用房间电话拨打0给前台就可以呼叫buggy啦！ 这里特别表扬一下酒店的服务人员们，真的非常热情友好，非常加分！
关于吃：
出来玩当然要好好吃饭！ 酒店的早餐不错，选择很多，这里就不推荐菜式了，因为不同人有不同的喜好。 晚餐强推 rica rica！ 这家是地道的印尼菜，做得非常可口，尤其推荐sate，以及king prawn！ 酒店里另外一间The dining room的午餐不是很推荐，比较一般。 如果是在外面吃饭的话，非常非常墙裂推荐Kelong Cuiyong，这家的海鲜就是一个字，绝 ☝️ 因为家人不能吃辣所以选择了姜葱蟹，但没想到连姜葱味都那么好吃，可想而知黑胡椒得有多amazing， 强推！ 一定要去！
