泰国帕延岛Ko Phayam，是一个比较冷门的泰国旅游小岛。这里没有什么商业项目，是有纯粹的旅游和风景，海岸边，有超好看的礁石和礁石形成的造型好看的门洞，可以拍照打卡。
帕延岛，位于泰国南部拉农府。是拉农府比较大的一座岛屿。这里也有一些度假酒店，自然舒适的客房，美丽的海景，宁静的红树林。划皮划艇开海和红树林，或者漫步 清澈干净的沙滩，尽情享受这个蓝天白云下的度假村。可从曼谷坐飞机抵达拉农机场，再从机场坐车大概30分钟左右到码头，然后坐船大概45分钟左右进入帕延岛。

普吉岛，大中午在度假酒店的泳池拍照，这里的园林树木基本都很高大茂密，看起来热带的感觉满满的，树荫之下就是泳池，阳光照过来的时候，就显得很美了，不过缺点就是阳光过于灿烂，中午拍照光比太强，不大好看。

这应该是最近爬的最累的山！
全程9公里，不是在上升就是在下山
每当我觉得要结束了又开始上升下山 不是九十度就是75度的 加上第一天例假直接被干废
在山顶上痛经的一瞬间我瘫在地上不想下山了，
摔跤了也不知道摔了多少次 给自己摔懵
一路上又哭又笑实在搞笑.
从早上10.30上山到晚上6.下山.
白天爬到晚上.很刺激很酸爽.
全程后跟腱再拉扯的上升也特别爽

刀枪岩⛰️ 位于上虞余姚交界的四明山腹地，海拔约800米。
其中一段路岩体经亿万年风雨剥蚀，呈现出一幅刀枪并举，杀气腾腾的画面，刀枪耸立故而得名。
🧗♂️全程环线7公里左右，有点难度，沿着山体直上直下，就山顶有一公里左右平缓宽敞路线。
这次到达刀枪岩的位置还云雾缭绕，半小时后蓝天白云，很好的体验。就是全程开路，糊了一脸的蜘蛛网🕸️
