桂林猫儿山为南岭山脉越城岭主峰，是广东和广西的第一高峰，海拔2141.5米。居五岭之冠，号称“华南之巅”。
猫儿山不仅是华南第一高峰，也是长江和珠江水系的分水岭，漓江、浔江、资江之源也在此。发源于猫儿山的河流39条，其中19条流入漓江。
猫儿山的四季各有特色，春天赏花，夏天避暑，秋天登高，冬天赏雪，是游览、观光、猎奇、避暑的好地方。
站在华南之巅上,可以欣赏日出、日落
云海、云瀑、星空、银河。

Maoer Mountain in Guilin is the main peak of Yuecheng Mountain in Nanling Mountains, the highest peak in Guangdong and Guangxi, with an elevation of 2141.5 meters. It occupies the top of the five ridges and is known as "the top of South China". Maoer Mountain is not only the highest peak in South China, but also the watershed of the Yangtze River and the Pearl River, and the source of Lijiang River, Xunjiang River and Zijiang River. There are 39 rivers originating from Maoer Mountain, 19 of which flow into the Lijiang River. The four seasons of Maoer Mountain have their own characteristics.
