跑步的时候，拍到一个小姐姐，人好看，装备也好看，跑起步来更好看。天气越来越暖和，喜欢跑步的小姐姐们，又开始走到了阳光下，绽放绽放自己的光彩。

曼谷也有这样的街头老街小巷，沿着河岸的老房子，看起来充满了时间的感觉，来这里拍照的泰国小姐姐很多，这里拍照的效果还是极好看的，尤其是有些身穿泰国服饰，色彩鲜艳的。对比很强烈。有一种时光故事的韵味。
领队一句快到了还有五分钟“骗”了我一路
这应该是最近爬的最累的山！
全程9公里，不是在上升就是在下山
每当我觉得要结束了又开始上升下山 不是九十度就是75度的 加上第一天例假直接被干废
在山顶上痛经的一瞬间我瘫在地上不想下山了，
摔跤了也不知道摔了多少次 给自己摔懵
一路上又哭又笑实在搞笑.
从早上10.30上山到晚上6.下山.
白天爬到晚上.很刺激很酸爽.
全程后跟腱再拉扯的上升也特别爽

刀枪岩⛰️ 位于上虞余姚交界的四明山腹地，海拔约800米。
其中一段路岩体经亿万年风雨剥蚀，呈现出一幅刀枪并举，杀气腾腾的画面，刀枪耸立故而得名。
🧗♂️全程环线7公里左右，有点难度，沿着山体直上直下，就山顶有一公里左右平缓宽敞路线。
这次到达刀枪岩的位置还云雾缭绕，半小时后蓝天白云，很好的体验。就是全程开路，糊了一脸的蜘蛛网🕸️
