七娘山｜登山爱好者｜爬山好去处｜|||愿有人陪你登山望景

✍️爬山攻略：带个背包 带些干粮 水多带几瓶 山上没有任何东西买的，都是山路.上山前一定要热身一下，下山后记得要拉伸一下，特别是第一次爬山的朋友们，大小腿回家肯定要痛几天！
上到山顶正常走2-3个小时，我们边走边拍照 时间用得长点，2个多小时。如果不拍照停留休息那么就 快走的话 1个多小时就能到达山顶！
⚠️注意：一定要穿防滑鞋，山路比较难走 也很陡。怕蚊虫的要穿长袖。山顶有点凉 带一件外套备用
🌞：看天气预报选择有太阳的天气去，下午日落绝美！蓝天白云 加上日落 别说有多壮观了. 随手一拍都是大片～

✍️ Mountain climbing strategy: Take a backpack with some dry food and water with a few bottles of the mountain without anything to buy, are mountain roads.
