泰国芭堤雅，出了市区和沙滩，其实它附近也有不少岛屿可以玩耍，从芭堤雅海边就可以看见的可兰岛，也是一个很好玩的地方。
可兰岛（Koh Larn），是芭堤雅的一座美丽的离岛，距离芭堤雅海滩约7公里，是芭堤雅海滩外最大的离岛。乘大船前往约45分钟，快船约15分钟。
和四方水上市场一样，可兰岛是《杜拉拉升职记》的外景地之一，是芭堤雅湾中宁静无污染的天然岛屿。湛蓝的海水，白云般的细沙，素有“东方小马尔代夫”之称，是东南亚最特别值得一玩的海岛。
