1994年，玉龙雪山景区开园，此后旅游发展迅猛，形成了冰川公园、牦牛坪、甘海子、云杉坪、蓝月谷等知名景点，建立了雪山高尔夫球场、“印象·丽江”等标志性品牌，但同时也存在不少急需解决的问题。
玉龙雪山，位于云南省丽江市玉龙纳西族自治县。
1984年，成立玉龙雪山省级自然保护区；
1988年，进入第二批国家级风景名胜区名单；
1993年，经省政府批准成立玉龙雪山省级旅游开发区；
2007年，经原国家旅游局正式批准，玉龙雪山成为国家首批5A级旅游景区；
2009年，成立玉龙雪山冰川国家地质公园。
经过近30年的发展，如今，玉龙雪山已成为了享誉海内外的著名旅游景区。
景区旅游收入已成为丽江市的旅游经济支柱之一，玉龙雪山成为丽江市乃至云南省最重要的景区之一。
Since the opening of Yulong Snow Mountain Scenic Area in 1994, tourism has developed rapidly, forming famous scenic spots such as Glacier Park, Yak Ping, Ganhaizi, Spruce Ping and Blue Moon Valley, and establishing iconic brands such as Snow Mountain Golf Course and Impression Lijiang, but there are also many urgent problems to be solved. Yulong Snow Mountain is located in Yulong Naxi Autonomous County, Lijiang City, Yunnan Province. In 1984, Yulong Snow Mountain Provincial Nature Reserve was established; In 1988, it was listed in the second batch of national scenic spots;In 1993, Yulong Snow Mountain Provincial Tourism Development Zone was established with the approval of the provincial government; In 2007, with the official approval of the former National Tourism Administration, Yulong Snow Mountain became the first batch of 5A tourist attractions in the country; In 2009, Yulong Snow Mountain Glacier National Geopark was established. After nearly 30 years of development, Yulong Snow Mountain has become a well-known tourist attraction at home and abroad. The tourism income of scenic spots has become one of the pillars of Lijiang's tourism economy, and Yulong Snow Mountain has become one of the most important scenic spots in Lijiang and even Yunnan Province.
