呼吸山野，不止享乐
爬山的乐趣，不只是爬上山顶那一览众山小icon的小小满足和豪迈；更让人兴奋的是一步一景、步步景不同，以及深一脚浅一脚的丈量体验。
📍广州番禺区滴水岩森林公园
1、开车到东门停车场停放开始进门登山。此时为水泥沥青登山路为主。
2、走几百米远左手边有山路及台阶，此时开始正式登山。
3、我的路线为先去水库，然后一直上山往高点青罗峰方向，期间坡度很大，台阶很高，带上登山杖前往爬山比较合适。
4、青罗峰到达后可稍作休息，然后沿着右边山道（人踩出来的小道）一直下山，此时方向为向北门方向走。
整体来说难度不是很大，主要是台阶很高、爬升时候很累。其次下山道走的不是公园栈道，因此路不太好走且有些地方坡度很大，需要留心。

穿搭：我去的这天天气好，里面穿了个灰色运动背心，外套是黑色外套，热了就脱，不热就穿上，下面穿的黑色工装裤，灰色运动鞋，一个背的小包包
我们是徒步，从中午开始走了5个小时左右，走了15公里左右，一路上有高山，峡谷，大草原，林区，蓝天白云，遍地牛羊，真的绝美！！！和我两月前去的川西真的蛮像的，一点都不踩雷
这也是我第一次徒步，把我几年的路都走了，新手应该没啥问题，毕竟我这么懒的人都走下来了
友情提示：我个人觉得带2瓶矿泉水就够了，还要带些吃的，比如面包，士力架等等，少装点，背着累，然后带上垃圾袋，无痕徒步，我们去的这天风很大，紫外线也很强，不可缺少的防晒，墨镜，如果风大，口罩也可以用上
