领队一句快到了还有五分钟“骗”了我一路
这应该是最近爬的最累的山！
全程9公里，不是在上升就是在下山
每当我觉得要结束了又开始上升下山 不是九十度就是75度的 加上第一天例假直接被干废
在山顶上痛经的一瞬间我瘫在地上不想下山了，
摔跤了也不知道摔了多少次 给自己摔懵
一路上又哭又笑实在搞笑.
从早上10.30上山到晚上6.下山.
白天爬到晚上.很刺激很酸爽.
全程后跟腱再拉扯的上升也特别爽
由于山大王自己照片放不下了 两步路轨迹要的私信
让自己更勇敢和快乐，越挑战越勇敢，越运动越热爱，这些应该就是我喜欢徒步的原因.
刀枪岩⛰️ 位于上虞余姚交界的四明山腹地，海拔约800米。
其中一段路岩体经亿万年风雨剥蚀，呈现出一幅刀枪并举，杀气腾腾的画面，刀枪耸立故而得名。
🧗♂️全程环线7公里左右，有点难度，沿着山体直上直下，就山顶有一公里左右平缓宽敞路线。
这次到达刀枪岩的位置还云雾缭绕，半小时后蓝天白云，很好的体验。就是全程开路，糊了一脸的蜘蛛网🕸️

错峰出行三天两夜 肇兴侗寨
穿插了一个小周末来放松呼吸一下新鲜空气
今年水稻成熟的很早，我们去到的时候各家各户都收获满满当当的～挨家挨户都在晒稻谷🌾
关于行🚄：
🔘广州南站-从江站 3.5小时
🔘高铁站-肇兴侗寨
基本上很多民宿都可以安排车来接站的，提前添加好民宿老板的微信，沟通好时间不需要另外再坐大巴啦！
🔘核酸检测
必须持有48小时核酸证明才能坐高铁及入寨内，下高铁站就有出站核酸检测，当地一般都是上午做核酸（15点截止）傍晚检测工作，出来的结果相对比较慢，要留意行程安排不要错过核酸时间
关于住🏠：
🔘 『天之逸』鼓楼风格
从窗口望出去就是鼓楼，也有阳台房间，9月的肇兴夜晚蛮凉快的，这里的人和动物都给人很慢节奏的感觉，慵懒慵懒的很惬意。
🔘『肇兴溪舍•山堂』田园风格
我们订的是全景阳台房，一打开窗帘就是满满的稻田映入眼帘

直接前往乘车点购票（具体可以问民宿老板地点）乘车的时候记得确认一下回程时间（每个季节不一样）
沿路风景千万不要错过，山路十八弯可以看到层层叠进的梯田景观
日出日落是最佳观景时间，起床困难户直接选日落，不怕累的话可以选择徒步返回肇兴侗寨，身临其中，这条徒步路线也被称为中国最美徒步路线之一7公里约步行2个小时左右
