领队一句快到了还有五分钟“骗”了我一路
这应该是最近爬的最累的山！
全程9公里，不是在上升就是在下山
每当我觉得要结束了又开始上升下山 不是九十度就是75度的 加上第一天例假直接被干废
在山顶上痛经的一瞬间我瘫在地上不想下山了，
摔跤了也不知道摔了多少次 给自己摔懵
一路上又哭又笑实在搞笑.
从早上10.30上山到晚上6.下山.
白天爬到晚上.很刺激很酸爽.
全程后跟腱再拉扯的上升也特别爽
由于山大王自己照片放不下了 两步路轨迹要的私信
让自己更勇敢和快乐，越挑战越勇敢，越运动越热爱，这些应该就是我喜欢徒步的原因.
刀枪岩⛰️ 位于上虞余姚交界的四明山腹地，海拔约800米。
其中一段路岩体经亿万年风雨剥蚀，呈现出一幅刀枪并举，杀气腾腾的画面，刀枪耸立故而得名。
🧗♂️全程环线7公里左右，有点难度，沿着山体直上直下，就山顶有一公里左右平缓宽敞路线。
这次到达刀枪岩的位置还云雾缭绕，半小时后蓝天白云，很好的体验。就是全程开路，糊了一脸的蜘蛛网🕸️

我愿称曼听公园为版纳第一景点|||曼听公园是西双版纳最古老的公园，傣族习惯把她叫做“春欢”，意为“灵魂之园”，过去是西双版纳傣王的御花园，传说傣王妃来游玩时，这里的美丽景色吸引了王妃的灵魂，因而得名。
主入口位于公园南面，园内设有民族文化广场；藤本植物区；御兰园；放生湖；佛教文化区；植树纪念区等六个景区。
门票：40¥（景点里低价了算是）
太好拍照太出片了
建议时长：2～4H
关于电动车票，建议购买，不然自己会迷路。（只有三次乘坐机会）
不过不需要第一站就开始坐，第一站附近可是有好几个景点值得去先逛好拍好的，比如傣王王宫。
可以坐车到第二站放生亭。其实这个亭没什么好看的，往回走一走。有个傣王妃的下午茶咖啡店建筑，超好看。还有个白色的亭子有金色帘子。
走完可以去总佛寺（记得寺庙有穿着要求）
第三站可以乘坐到终点站观看大象表演和鹦鹉表演。
大象表演途中会选一名幸运观众进入舞台给大象称体重，真的好幸运啊，我还在犹豫（担心3⃣️大象踩身体什么的 其他傣妹已经上去了。
最后有大象投喂，购买香蕉可以。不购买也是允许靠近轻抚拍照的。（注意不要背对大象）
