全程9公里，不是在上升就是在下山
每当我觉得要结束了又开始上升下山 不是九十度就是75度的 加上第一天例假直接被干废
在山顶上痛经的一瞬间我瘫在地上不想下山了，
摔跤了也不知道摔了多少次 给自己摔懵
一路上又哭又笑实在搞笑.
从早上10.30上山到晚上6.下山.
白天爬到晚上.很刺激很酸爽.
全程后跟腱再拉扯的上升也特别爽

刀枪岩⛰️ 位于上虞余姚交界的四明山腹地，海拔约800米。
