领队一句快到了还有五分钟“骗”了我一路
这应该是最近爬的最累的山！
全程9公里，不是在上升就是在下山
每当我觉得要结束了又开始上升下山不是九十度就是75度的加上第一天例假直接被干废
在山顶上痛经的一瞬间我瘫在地上不想下山了，
摔跤了也不知道摔了多少次给自己摔懵
一路上又哭又笑实在搞笑.
从早上10.30上山到晚上6.下山.
白天爬到晚上.很刺激很酸爽.
全程后跟腱再拉扯的上升也特别爽

刀枪岩⛰️ 位于上虞余姚交界的四明山腹地，海拔约800米。

其中一段路岩体经亿万年风雨剥蚀，呈现出一幅刀枪并举，杀气腾腾的画面，刀枪耸立故而得名。

🧗‍♂️全程环线7公里左右，有点难度，沿着山体直上直下，就山顶有一公里左右平缓宽敞路线。

这次到达刀枪岩的位置还云雾缭绕，半小时后蓝天白云，很好的体验。就是全程开路，糊了一脸的蜘蛛网🕸️
