昆明周边游｜七彩云南古滇温泉山庄
来到昆明的每年夏天都要来几趟古滇温泉山庄
即可以避暑又泡的舒服🏄🏻

不得不说虽然每年都过来
但每次还是被周围的环境风景惊艳到🔥
我跟闺蜜是下午过来的 那时候室外温度和阳光都刚刚好🌿

山庄内有7⃣️0⃣️多个泡池 不用担心拥挤
而且每一个都各具特色👀
无论是水温还是水质都让人非常满意💯
一边泡着温泉一边享受眼前的夕阳西落简直不要太美好🌇
还可以去无边际泳池拍照打卡 出片率杠杠滴📸

里面中午晚上都有提供自助餐饮🍜
菜品种类丰富齐全 而且每一种菜都很新鲜很美味哦～
楼上还有休息区
里面提供自助水果以及饮品
吃完饭可以去里面看电影🎥
还可以在休息室打游戏🎮
真的不要太舒服
如果不想吃自助餐的姐妹可以直接选购不带餐饮的温泉票💳就可以啦~

每周一山｜登顶牛头山，看剑门十二峰。

牛头山距离广元昭化古城约7km，横亘于嘉陵江与大剑山之间，海拔1214米，被白龙江和嘉陵江所环绕，山势因雄似一巨型昂首之牛头，故得名牛头山。三国时，蜀汉名将姜维率三万将士在此扼魏将钟会二十万大军，凭险固守，留下“姜维兵困牛头山”的故事。
???♀?徒步路线：
买好门票之后沿山中古道攀登，两侧绿荫环绕，走起来十分惬意，登山遵循右上左下的路线，可依次经过冲天峰、拦马槽、姜维井，然后登上山顶牛王观，我们去的当天天气不错，在观景亭可远观剑山十二峰，昭化古城。吃点东西稍作休息，沿左下山，路过点将台，然后走到牛头山拜水台，那里有《中国国家地理》标示的“山水太极图”拍摄点，从俯视图看昭化古城刚好处于两江交汇处，山水太极的鱼眼位置，也是一大奇观。
??徒步距离：往返徒步距离大约3.5km，累计爬升370m，需时2.5小时。
??徒步攻略：
1??距离近，爬升高，可携带登山杖助力。
2??山上无补给，带上食物和水。
