【甘坑之意—溪水甘甜】
甘坑,甘坑。不是干旱,坑坑洼洼的意思。在深圳本地的客家语中,“坑”指的是小溪流,小水沟,客家人常常把坑和沥连用,有“坑坑沥沥”一词。甘自然就是甘甜可口之意,甘坑溪水甘甜,所以叫做甘坑。
【保留原貌—老深圳人的根与魂】
其实在改革开放前,深圳本地村民以客家人为主,客家村落遍布深圳各个角落。自从他作为经济特区大力发展了,很多村落早已变成高楼林立。
所幸,甘坑古镇还保留了原貌,让客家文化得以真实的再现,让老深圳人的根魂扎根在地。
