徒步 ⛰️梧桐山
我是第一次跟户外活动 从中午12点跟小伙伴们开始
途中我们有抄小路也有爬坡 （不得不说户外的女孩子个个都很勇的 说上就上）走的快的都会在下一个坡口等一下掉队的正好补充一下体力吃点东西休息一下 我们大概走了三个半小时 到好汉坡。开始泡茶喝 小氧气罐 茶具 檀香一点 那个感觉就有了 真的是逃离喧闹的城市 感受大自然带来的欢乐 🤪 补充体力继续往上爬 那个台阶是真的累 比大路累很多 我都会有一种天啊 怎么爬不到头了 放眼望去都是台阶还很高的那种 ，在我感觉我要到山顶的时候 （突然听到有人崩溃的说🥹怎么还两头山 …… ）不过在途中看到了很多大自然给予我们的风景 真的很美 内心也是喜悦的 一路上跟大家说说笑笑 拍了拍美丽的风景 🎐为了赶上日落我们加快了脚步 爬到了山顶那一刻真的都是值得的 看了看日落 爬到山顶已经五点多了 风吹着很冷的（上山一定要带一个很厚的衣服 ）山顶有野猪一家四口的喔 但是太黑了看不太清楚 我是看见就窜了 我是比较害怕这种大体格的 🥲 下山是真的挺不容易 黑黢黢的 还要灯光照着 不然很容易崴脚的 从好汉坡下来 我们在休息区域坐着喝了一会茶 暖和暖和 因为山顶真的很冷很冷 。喝了几杯大家都缓过来一点我们就出发走大路下山 ，这个下山是真的有点受罪 大拇指痛的 快走不动路了 （爬山一定要剪指甲 不然下山真的是痛苦 😖）现在这种天气 我们路上还遇到了小青蛇🐍 话说遇见蛇会走好运的😋接好运接好运。很暖心的是有经验的徒友都在后面压队 天太黑怕新手走丢 或者出现一些不稳定情况 走一半都会数一数看有没有掉队的👍 大概十点我们才下去 。真的很推荐女孩子可以试一试 很大的成就感 ，只是第二天会全身痛 哈哈哈 😆
总结一下✍️ ：速干服 遮阳帽 墨镜 水（中途都有自动售货机不用担心 ）能量棒 灯 纸巾 防晒喷雾 厚衣服 音响（带着放歌还是有动力爬的 一边看风景一边听歌 看个人吧）
鞋子 鞋子 鞋子 一定要穿舒服 我是知道爬山第二天还去买了一双萨洛蒙的徒步鞋 本来想买最近很火的银色 可惜没货了 在纠结欧阳娜娜穿的杏色还是最新出的灰银色 最终考虑到爬山会搞脏还是选择了深色 （顺带夸一下我的鞋子吧 又好看又舒服 😬）幼儿园毕业🎓
