七娘山｜登山爱好者｜爬山好去处｜|||愿有人陪你登山望景

✍️爬山攻略：带个背包 带些干粮 水多带几瓶 山上没有任何东西买的，都是山路.上山前一定要热身一下，下山后记得要拉伸一下，特别是第一次爬山的朋友们，大小腿回家肯定要痛几天！
上到山顶正常走2-3个小时，我们边走边拍照 时间用得长点，2个多小时。如果不拍照停留休息那么就 快走的话 1个多小时就能到达山顶！
⚠️注意：一定要穿防滑鞋，山路比较难走 也很陡。怕蚊虫的要穿长袖。山顶有点凉 带一件外套备用
🌞：看天气预报选择有太阳的天气去，下午日落绝美！蓝天白云 加上日落 别说有多壮观了. 随手一拍都是大片～

🚽:上山之前记得先上个厕所，上山是没有的.
♻️：备点垃圾袋在包里装垃圾 垃圾最好自己带下山，保洁阿姨爬那么高的山去倒垃圾很累的。请大家一定文明爬山。一起保护 爱护大自然 ～

✍️ Mountain climbing strategy: Take a backpack with some dry food and water with a few bottles of the mountain without anything to buy, are mountain roads. Be sure to warm up before going up the mountain, and remember to stretch after going down the mountain.
