延庆百里画廊乌龙峡谷滴水湖景区游玩攻略
又到了延庆百里山水画廊最美的季节，
全长112华里沿途处处都是好风景，
乌龙峡谷是整条生态长廊比较有特色的一个景区，
是1.5亿年前火山熔岩形成的河谷地貌，
这种地貌在北京是比较少见的，
峡谷全长两公里，谷内两侧绝壁陡直，
怪石林立，浪花飞溅，一路上大大小小的瀑布接连不断，
还是很值得一看的，门票30元，游览时间1小时左右。
景区有免费的停车场，停车场内有充电桩，
开电动车的也不用担心。
除了这个百里画廊上还有一个小众的景区，
硅化木国家地质公园，
对于爱好地质或者带孩子科普的人来说还是很不错的，
里面有展厅和实物介绍硅化木的演化形成过程，
公园不太大，上山过程每走几步就有一个硅化木观览的亭子，
可以休息观看，门票30元，
游览时间40分钟左右，两个景区距离不太远，来百里画廊游玩如果有时间的可以安排一下。

冬季雪多，容易有暗冰
保暖衣服一定要代够
袜子尽量选厚的羊毛\羊绒
容易冷的准备好暖宝宝喔
帽子围巾手套也可以准备
鞋子可以选择运动款徒步鞋
我穿的是凯乐石括苍鞋
这一款够轻、够稳、能在各种路况下提供抓地力，即使遇见雪天去玩耍时也不会给鞋增加厚重，路面不好走的情况下也不用担心，还是一款很适合跑步的徒步鞋喔。
经常去甘孜，很少去阿坝

轮廓固定做完到现在依旧是保持饱满流畅的状态，
脸好看了每天照镜子都充满惊喜感，
前几天还去找黄海龙院长做了眼周提升，
做了卧蚕和眼周提亮，黄院发挥依旧稳定哈
卧蚕打的很对称，自然饱满的感觉
素颜看上去也不会奇怪，很适合我~
黄院的技术真是在线，每次调都带给我惊喜
